The shuttle buses provided during Ramadan were a thoughtful touch, and the drivers were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making our travels around the city much easier. The staff, especially Mohammad Sujon, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and any issues were promptly resolved. the proximity to Haram, as well as nearby shops and services, made our experience even more convenient. While the hotel may require some maintenance work, the affordable pricing definitely justifies any minor shortcomings. I would highly recommend Snood Al Azizya for its excellent value proposition and outstanding customer service. It's a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.
